Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We ship our orders via USPS, UPS, Fed Ex and On-Trac. Shipping methods may vary and we do our best to select the shipping method that will result in the shortest delivery time so you can enjoy your products sooner. Delivery time normally takes 2 to 3 days for shipments to the United States, but may take up to one full week to reach you. For packages shipped to International destinations, delivery times may vary widely. In all cases, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number so you can follow your order along the way.

Damaged or Missing Orders: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of your package. When contacting us regarding any damage or lost items to your package, please have your invoice number and shipping label information handy. Please call us within one week of receipt, or one week from when you were supposed to receive it and we will gladly handle all of the claim paperwork and help to get you a refund or replacement. BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

International Shipping: We are happy to ship packages to international destinations. It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If your package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules, we will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Because of our dedication to fast turnaround times, cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders can only be accepted within one hour of order placement. However, if you are placing a rush order or using expedited shipping (like 2-day Air) we cannot accept any changes, this is to ensure that your order is shipped out on time. If your order has already been sent to the warehouse for pulling and packing or is packed for shipment we will gladly assist you in placing a new separate order for the additional items. Orders that are cancelled after packing for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.Please email your changes as soon as possible to orders@saveurvape.com.

Placing orders: Feel free to use our online shopping cart, located throughout the site. If you’re having problems with the cart, you are welcome to phone in your order. 

State Tax: If you live in California, you will be charged sales tax for your purchase. This is the law of the land, sorry. If you wish to make a tax-exempt purchase, please contact us for wholesale account information.

Warehouse Hours: Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, subject to special events and promotional appearances.
